地味な練習を繰り返した二時間

先週の練習レポートです。

先日、草野球の練習は守備に特化した方が良いと書きましたが、今回は打撃に特化した練習を行いました。

草野球はチームで練習する時間があまり取れません。その分一回の練習を大切にしなければいけません。 どうもライター山田（@writeryamada）です。レッドバファローズの課題について監督に話を伺っていきます。今回は打線の組み方ついてです。 グランドの利用は二時間が一般的です。 よくある練習のパターンはキャッチボール、シートノック、フリーバッティングです。このメニューは満遍なく練習はできますが内容が薄く、実はあまり意味がありません。 特にフリーバッティングは練習途中で守っている選手がダレて集中力を保ってでき...

それは公式戦一回戦で盗塁が封じられてしまい、ランナーを2塁に進める事に苦戦したからです。

投手陣は安定しているだけに泥臭く1点を取る練習をひたすら行いました。

かなり地味な練習を繰り返した2時間でした。

ケースバッティングを中心に二時間練習

ランナー1塁に置いた状態でのケースバッティング。

前回の試合の反省を生かし、盗塁だけでなく小技を絡めて、一つでも塁を進めるためにバントやエンドランの練習をしました。

普段はバントをしない選手が多いので失敗が多かったです。しかし、その中でも今村選手は失敗がなく、成功率100%でした。さすがはバント職人！！

バントは今後戦っていく中で必ず必要になるので、チームとして練習の数を増やさなければいけません。

ランナー3塁に置いた叩きの練習。

ただゴロを打つのではなく、ランナーを返せる様な高く跳ねるゴロを打つ練習をしました。

しかし、叩きは難しい！！


叩き付けようとすると手打ちになりがちで。。。皆かなり苦戦していました。

ツーストライクに追い込まれてからのバッティング。

ツーストライクから打つ練習です。
簡単に三振してしまう選手が多いので、粘り強く食らいついていく練習です。


特に監督は追い込まれたら三振しています。ちなみに今回の練習でもかなり三振していました。

まとめ

来週は公式戦です。

先制点を取って、投手を楽にさせるゲーム展開にしたいです。
エースとクローザーが揃い投手陣は安定しており、1点、2点の勝負になると予想されます。

今回練習したことを生かして、一点でも多く点を取りたいですね。
