休日の野球で熱中症にならない為の対策術！！

あなたは熱中症なったことありますか？

こんにちは。レッドバファローズ専属ライターの山田です。最近めちゃめちゃ暑くなりましたね。

先週末に練習をした時は気温は３５度を超えて、更には太陽の光もガンガン照らされていました。

この時期怖いのが熱中症ですね。今、休日に草野球を楽しんでいる人は気をつけて下さい。熱中症は最悪の場合、命を落としてしまう可能性もあります。
私は熱中症になったことはありません。なぜなら高校時代の野球部で教えてもらったある秘訣が理由なんです。チーム自体もゼロではありませんでしたが、熱中症になる人は少なかったです。

それの秘訣は水分補給の数を増やす事です。

水分補給のタイミング

水分補給
水分を取らなければ行けないことぐらい誰もが知っています。

では「どれぐらい水分を取らないと行けないのか？」、「何分置きに取った方がいいのか？」具体的な目安って知ってますか？

目安としては２０〜３０分に一度取るべきと言われています。

私の高校は各ポジションの近くに給水機が置いていました。各選手がこまめに水分補給できるようにしていました。

草野球でもこの時期は普段より多めに休憩や水分補給の機会を作ってあげましょう。
選手側はいつもより多めに水分を摂るようにしましょう。草野球をしている方は社会人の人が多いと思います。仕事に影響が出ないように自分の体調はしっかりと管理しましょう。

熱中症対策としては水分だけでは不十分です。

塩分の補給も忘れずに！

塩分もしっかりとる
水分だけではなく、塩分も消費されますのでしっかりと補充しましょう。今は薬局に行けば塩飴などの熱中症対策の食べ物もありますので用意しときましょう。

まとめ

炎天下の中で長時間いることも原因になりますので休憩の時は日陰で休むようにしましょう。

休日の草野球で体調を壊さないように準備と対策を行い、楽しい野球ができるようにしましょう。
