考え方で打率を劇的にあげる方法！バッターボックスでの迷いは捨てろ！！

何も考えずに打席に立ってないですか？

「何も考えずに来た球を打つ人」って意外と多いんですよ。

打率上げたくないですか？
状況を整理してバッターボックスに入るだけで打率は一気に上がりますよ。

自分への根拠付け

レッドバファローズでは各選手に状況を考えて打席に入るように伝えています。

バッターボックスの中で次は『ストレートか？スライダーか？』と考えたことはないですか？

考えている時点で負けています。
頭で迷ってしまうと自分のスイングはできません。

ここで一番大切な事は自分への根拠付けする事です。

自分のスイングをする為にはまず自分を納得させる事です。なぜ、次はこのボールが来ると思うのか？自分の中で１球１球整理して、根拠を持って打ちにいきましょう。

状況に基づいた狙い球

投手は調子やゲーム状況によって攻め方が変わります。相手の状況を考えて、こんな攻め方をされるだろうと予想してバッターボックスに入ります。もちろん全て予想できる訳ではありません。

しかし、試合状況や投手心理を考えれば容易に狙い球を絞れる状況があります。それが分かれば優位に進めることができます。

狙い球が絞れていれば厳しいコースも余裕を持って見逃せます。そして、甘い球を見逃すことなく打ちに行けます。

狙い球を絞りやすい状況

ストライクを取りに来やすい状況。甘めのボールを狙う

・カウント0-2、1-2、1-3の状況
・投手の立ち上がり
・交代の直後の初球
・四球や死球後のファーストストライク
・満塁時での初球

ストレート系を狙いやすい状況

・ランナーの動きを警戒している状況
・変化球が大きく外れている
・ワイルドピッチした直後

見逃すという選択

野球は打つだけではありません。打たないことで試合や自分の状況を優位にすることもできます。

一球待つ

・カウント0-3。良ければ四球。悪くても1-3の状況にできる。
・前の打者が初球を打ち凡退。連続で簡単に終わらない為。

じっくり見て行く状況

・ストライクが入っていない投手。
バットを振らない、ツースリーのカウントまで持っていき、四球が理想。簡単にアウトを取れないと思わせたい。

まとめ

まずは狙い球が絞り易い状況を覚えましょう。これを覚えるだけでも余裕をもって打席に入ることができますよ。余裕が持てれば必ず良い結果に繋がります。
