モチベーションが下がっている中でのチーム練習。茨木市の島三号グラウンドは設備が良い！！

3月になり気温も上がってきました。天気もよく野球日和でしたが、選手のモチベーションは下がっていました。その理由は練習試合の予定が練習に変わってしまったからです。

先週の土曜日は茨木市の島三号グラウンドでチーム練習を行いました。

島三号グラウンドは茨木市でトップクラスに設備の良いグラウンドなんです。
島３号公園しっかりとしたベンチがあり、固定ベースになっている野球専用のグラウンドです。 クラブチームがよく使っており抽選の激戦グラウンドですが、たまたまキャンセルが出て使えるようになりました。いいグランドで試合ができると意気込んでいましたが、対戦相手が見つからず３時間の練習になりました。。。

普段は平日休みのため、なかなか参加できない本管も有給を取って参加してくれていました。選手達には大変申し訳ないです。
普段はなかなか参加できない本管今は投手陣に少しでも実践経験をさせてあげたかった。

気持ちを切り替えて練習に集中。今できることを全力で行う。

守備練習風景実は９人集まっての練習はチーム結成以来初めて。練習メニューはノックとシートバッティング。

投内の連携や内外の連携など、人数揃っていないとできない練習を行いました。
守備専の田中試合ができなくてモチベーションが下がっている選手が多い中、田中が声とプレーで盛り上げてくれました。

ノックの後は約一時間半のシートバッティング。カウント1ｰ1からの投手と打者のガチンコ勝負。

シートバッティング風景3人の投手がマウンドに上がりました。

投手転向中の曽根のコントロールは良くなりました。特にスローカーブは空振りが取れる球になっています。まだ指に引っかけてしまう時が多いので、投げ込んで精度を高めていくのみです。

最速の130キロ右腕の久森は速球とスライダーを武器に三振の山を築きました。本人も硬式から軟式に慣れてきたと言っていました。抑えとしての働きに期待大です。

前回、8失点を喫しリベンジに燃えていた今村はこの日肩を痛めてしまうハプニング。当分登板はなしで、ノースロー調整。まずは肩を完璧に治してもらいます。草野球は毎日練習している訳ではないので、急に動かすことで痛める可能性もあります。今後、ストレッチの準備運動とダウンは念入りに行います。

まとめ

練習のまとめ試合ができなかったことは残念ですが、有意義な３時間を過ごすことができました。今年初の練習の選手もいたので、結果的にはよかったと思います。ただ、今村の肩の状態が心配です。

4月には春の公式戦が始まります。ケガなく全員で迎えるようにしたいです。
