冬場の練習は室内練習場に限る！羽曳野市のBASEBALL-TRYで集中的に練習。

先週末に今年初のチーム練習を三時間行いました。冬場の練習は寒さが辛い。なので室内練習場で練習しました。以前も利用させてもらったBASEBALL-TRYさんに行ってきました。

参加者は三名と寂しい結果でしたが、思いっきり練習しました。

練習メニューはティーバッティング二箱、置きティーでのバッティング一箱、ゲージバッティング１人３０分、ブルペンでのピッチング。

8年間のブランク解消の為、ひたすら振り込む。

新戦力の米澤はとにかくバットを振らせました。

肩を怪我して野球から離れていましたが、綺麗なスイングは健在。
鋭い打球を打っていました。8年のブランクを練習と試合を重ねて取り戻すだけです。

安定感を獲得の為、とにかく投げ込む。

ゲージバッティング風景１ブルペンでのピッチングとバッティングピッチャーと投げ込みました。

以前に比べ、ストライクは安定して取れるようになった。後はツーシームやカーブなどの精度を高めるだけ。ただ投げるだけではなく、あえてクイックで投げてみたりと自分で考え工夫して練習していました。

BASEBALL-TRYはグラブの無料レンタルもある。

この日キャッチャーミットを忘れてしまいました。しかし、BASEBALL-TRYで無料レンタルできました。レンタルはかなり助かりました。ちなみにキャッチャーミット以外にもレンタル用のグラブが数種類用意されています。

スピードガンもありますし、軟式用のバッティングマシンもあります。（もちろん硬式も可能です）練習環境が充実している室内練習場です。

草野球チームで練習場所を探しているところは是非一度行ってみて下さい。特に今のように寒い時期は室内練習場での練習はオススメです。

あの強豪東京バンバータさんもよく使用しているみたいです。

まとめ

この冬に取り組んだ事がシーズンに結果として出てきます。春からはすぐにトーナメントも始まります。ボールもＭ球に変わり、変化に対応しないと行けません。

今年は第一に投手力の強化、第二に打撃力の向上を目指し活動していきます。
